KEMETs New Electronic Components

KEMET is pleased to announce our joint venture with NEC TOKIN. This partnership included both a Private Label Agreement and a Development and Cross-Licensing Agreement so that we can take advantage of both KEMET and NEC TOKIN's extraordinary synergies. These agreements expand market and product offerings for both companies and allow us to achieve true scale in operations to manage raw material sourcing, as well as maximize efficiencies and best practices in manufacturing and product development. As part of the first phase of this joint venture, KEMET's broad selection of capacitor technologies will now be enhanced with the following electronic component products: - An expanded range of tantalum capacitors - Supercapacitors - Electromechanical devices (EMDs), including signal relays - Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) devices, including flex suppressor sheets, EMI cores, metal composite inductors and AC line filters
