Texas Instruments offers its ADS891xB 18-bit, high-speed analog-to-digital converters with an integrated reference buffer, integrated low-dropout regulator, and multiSPI digital interface. The integrated LDO enables single-supply operation with low power consumption. The integrated reference buffer supports burst-mode data acquisition with 18-bit precision for the first sample. External reference voltages in the range 2.5 V to 5 V are supported, offering a wide selection of input ranges without additional input scaling. These devices are offered in a space-saving, 4 mm x 4 mm, VQFN package, and are specified over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
